About me

Hello! I'm Tito Oscar Mwaisengela — known online as Titodevsec. I'm a Computer Science student at the University of Dar es Salaam and a passionate full-stack developer & cybersecurity specialist.

I don't just write code — I build complete, functional systems from the ground up. From designing clean, user-friendly interfaces on the front end to engineering efficient, scalable logic on the back end, I enjoy every layer of the development process.

I also specialize in cybersecurity with a Certified Advanced Penetration Tester credential from Hackviser. I serve as VP of the Cybersecurity Club at UDSM, where I run workshops and CTF competitions to build the next generation of security professionals in Tanzania.

I believe that great software and strong security are inseparable. With each project, I push to new horizons, always putting quality first. Always exploring.
